Malabo ung ROTC pero kung maayos man yan, magandang slap in the face yan para magkaroon ng disiplina. Other than that medyo useless.

ROTC is good to help train younger kids discipline pero sa trip ng iba, ginagamit nila rotc para makapag power tripping sa mga plebo

maganda sana yung original intention or objective ng ROTC, halimbawa may mga natural calamity or disaster imbes na maghanap ng volounteers pwedeng gamitin yung rotc as resources for calamity aid. Hnd lang naman tungkol sa pag prepare sa gera pero suppose to be it should develop brotherhood, comradery, patriotism at public service. yung nga lang as usual palpak implementation at hnd talaga sinusunod ang programa. Power tripping lang yng mga officers na ROTC.

It would bring corruption and it will weaken our military capabilities. I know that i said weaken dahil pag millions of filipinos ang mapupunta sa reserve military command is that masyadong magiging exhausted or overcrowded ang military not just the organization itself but also it’s funds. Because rather than buying and training equipment to the active duty personnel is that nagshishift yung focus into maintaining the rotc program which is expensive (Uniform and allowance for the student and instructor which costs billions of pesos according to the senate hearing) and of course magkakaroon siya ng alot of corruption especially into purchasing equipment and uniforms magiging overpriced siya as we have seen in the pharmly pharmaceutical scandal last administration.

Wala namang clear and excessive threat na malapit sa atin nung binuksan yung talks sa pag-resume ng mandatory ROTC (welcome pa nga sila sa atin eh), kaya hindi tayo pedeng i-gaya sa South Korea (na katabi si Overlord Kim everyday na may threat ng nuclear war). Saka kung hindi nga nila malinis yung hanay ng mga pulis saka militar, paano nila masisiguro na walang ganyang cases sa mga ROTC units ng colleges sa buong bansa?
