Sa subrang tandan kuna.. ngayon ko lang na realize na we need workout, Pero? Kailan tayo dapat mag woworkout??
According to the website, "Strength training can become a part of a fitness plan as early as age 7 or 8. Younger children who start sports activities such as baseball or soccer also might benefit from strength training. To strength train, children should be able to follow directions and practice proper form." in other words, we should start working out at the age of 7 or 8. para yung muscle natin is maging firm and good.
Huli naba ang lahat para sa mga adults??
I say, hindi panaman... pero dapat hanngat di kapa nag 30, mag workout kana so that di ka mag sisi sa huli. According ulit dito sa website "Some people start at 40, 50 60 or70. At 21 you are young, so you can easily get in shape and possibly even train competitively for some sport that take longer to achieve top performance, such as long distance running or cycling." so Di panaman huli para sa mga working out, pero illness and mga disease is much higher pag tumong tong na sa age of 30, so workout lang kayo...
