My mind gets blown when the highly fantastical game world tries to hint that it's connected to the real world. Any games like that? I only vaguely remember Ehrgeiz Brand New Quest implying that the whole short game was a gateway between Earth and the world of FF7.

Ohh, I see. How about Horizon Zero Dawn and its sequel Forbidden West. Though it's not really a fantasy game but close to Nier games. I only played Nier Automata though, 11/10.Close, but not really, though I liked that game, too. I like most FF games. Persona too, due to this realistic setup.
