My mind gets blown when the highly fantastical game world tries to hint that it's connected to the real world. Any games like that? I only vaguely remember Ehrgeiz Brand New Quest implying that the whole short game was a gateway between Earth and the world of FF7.

How about FFXV? Real World connections like smartphones, Rolls Royce Car (Regalia), Gas Stations, Diners, Yacht, Robots, Water Pipes, Buildings that can pass on non fictional earth.

Close, but not really, though I liked that game, too. I like most FF games. Persona too, due to this realistic setup.

What I'm looking for is when they use the real world as something like a mythological place in their world, or something like the current world is part of their history. Like Nier, Megaman Legends, etc.

Ohh, I see. How about Horizon Zero Dawn and its sequel Forbidden West. Though it's not really a fantasy game but close to Nier games. I only played Nier Automata though, 11/10.
