has various positive effects (mainly our environment) as well as negative effects especially for our jeepney drivers

I think the negative image stems from the behavior of the jeepney drivers. They think their untouchable on the road. Not that I'm against jeepney phaseout, I just want drivers to be screened thoroughly before they are allowed to drive. Also, sana mandatory Cctv on all jeeps.
