If my budget lods kuha kayo ng mga pre-selling na house and lot para mas mura

Renting isn’t a bad idea but the expenses pile up and you’re more likely to not be happy with the place. And any work you put in to the unit isn’t really an investment since ultimately it belongs to someone else. I would suggest financing a house through a bank by taking up a loan. Paying the bank monthly to eventually own the place is a lot better in the long run.

Ano mas prefer nyo? Mag rent o bumili ng condo or bahay?

Nahihirapan kasi ako magdecide if kukuha kami ng bahay or mas madali magrent para wala ng downpayment and such pati hassle kasi most likely sa province pa din ako makakabili ng matinong bahay na within budget.

There are a lot of factors affecting the final decision on whether rent or own. If you could save more with rent, then go for it if not then own it.

Kung Doon lang kayo SA Lugar Ng maximum 5 years, then rent. Kung 10 pataas sayang kung Hindi ka nakabili ng bahay.

If u have a lot money, i suggest u to buy a house
Because u can save ur money every month without thinking to pay rent

Wag bumili ng bahay unless hanggang dun lang plano mo sa buhay. Di mo kawalan mag rent.
