Ano mas prefer nyo? Mag rent o bumili ng condo or bahay?

Nahihirapan kasi ako magdecide if kukuha kami ng bahay or mas madali magrent para wala ng downpayment and such pati hassle kasi most likely sa province pa din ako makakabili ng matinong bahay na within budget.

Mag rent ka na muna, kasi mahirap kung walgasin mo agad sa bahay lahat ng budget mo. Try expanding your income if you are comfortable then full edge na sa bahay

Most comments are biased with buying a house but onky a few people knew the benefits of renting outweighs the small benefits of having one here in ph.
If u cant find why, you are probably not cut for it.

Sympre mas maganda pag may sariling bahay, tignan mo din ung terms of payment sympre. Condo ok din nmn yan as long as pasok sa budget, maganda yan pag mag jowa kayo hati kayo sa monthly ng condo, ganyan kasi gingwa nami ni jowa.

Settle for a house.. madami nman housing ngayon na mura especially under pag ibig.. at the end of the day its your call.. Maganda din nman mag invest sa condo mura ang dp tsaka monthly tsaka accessible pa lalo na pag nasa town din yung workplace mo. but its always a big NO if yung long term perspective kasi di nman perpetual si condo unlike sa house and lot
