I was an ios hater back then. I've been on android ever since and its because of the customizable ui and features but i just switched to ios and i didn't expect to enjoy it more. It didn't take a big adjustment since i'm quite techy. I somehow miss some android features but i really liked ios now and i don't think i'll be switching back to android anytime soon.
