What was your most memorable memorie of Japan, planning to visit this year!
There were many different memories.
The first experience was my 24 hour travel from Narita to my Hotel.
It was the biggest snow in Tokyo since 43 years. In Austria it would be a mild winter day.
12 hours waiting for trains and roads to reopen - 6 hours by train and foot to hotel - 6 hours waiting for opening at the wrong hotel.
For happy memories:
Visits in the parks and temples
Interaction with local people
Three of the most memorable event:
Watching a kimono photoshoot in Ueno Park and exchange with the photographer.
At the end he made a photo with my camera, while I was standing in the middle of the models.
Visited a branch of my company in Tokyo. Had a light flue.
The branch manager was going with me to a local drugstore, recommended some medicine and even paid for it.
Cosplay-Event at the battleship in Yokosuka. Many interactions and new friends.
If you have some questions, please contact me and I will help as good as I can.
Was already 10 times in Tokyo and 1 time in Osaka. There I tested some things for friends and tried to made a site and blog for it.
Not much reaction on the blog. More or less inactive now and the FB Site has some updates over the year.
