Siguro stop beating yourself on the past bro. Parang ang hirap kasi magsimula lalo na kapag wala kang progress at nakikita mo na parang walang sense ang pag wworkout at proper diet. Pero meron bro, need mo lang ng consistency at eventually pag naging habit na yan sayo madali nalang yan. :)

Use dynamics rin, sa umpisa hinay hinay lang at saka ka mag progress. Set realistic plans rin, hindi yung tipong first day mo palang ulit eh intense workout at diet agad. Mahirap yan bro kasi pag naputol momentum mo mawawalan ka talaga ng gana. Hinay hinay lang bro sa umpisa buo ka muna ng habit.

The start is always the hardest but it gets easier as you go on. Some progress is always better than no progress. It's better when you have a program or someone coaching you so you dont fight with yourself in your head overthinking if you still want to do it or not.

This is something i struggled with a lot. Feel ko dapat naeenjoy mo lang talaga ginagawa mo sa workouts and not to rush yourself with something herculean.

don't think about the past diets you did and why you stopped. it just discourages you from starting again

Do not wait na ma hospitalize ka for something that can be prevented on the onset pa lang. kaso nasa mentality na ng karamihan na hanggat walang nararamdaman, health is always least prioritized for some.
