3-4 years for sure, as each year goes by, especially sa gaming, apps and games become very hardware demanding

Depende sa speed, pero rule of thumb I usually swap out PSU every 3-4 years, and don't forget din yung bi-annual cleaning and maintenance (like change of thermal paste, cleaning of fans, etc.) every year para tumagal yung PC mo.
