I usually upgrade my PC with future proof parts. The only time I upgrade is if I can't hit 60 FPS in new AAA games or if my PC stars bugging out.

Depends which one needs an uprade. Like if my pc is lackin memory capacity because of too much background process and can't handle the size of modern games then i would upgrade my RAM. Usually nag-aadd lang ako ng another set of 2 sticks sa ram slots ko pag ganun. This is how my upgrade usually goes Storage > GPU > CPU > FANS > RAM > PSU. 3-5 years rin ako mag palit ng bagong parts e

Every 2-3 years for a GPU, i never really go high-end as i'm now just a casual gamer so every 2 generations i replace my "mid-range" GPU. CPU not so much, I will really only replace it when i do a complete new build which happens around every 5 years or so. RAM/FANS and PSU almost never unless they break, a good PSU can last upward of 5+ years especially those with 10 year warranties from reliable brands such as Corsair/Seasonic.
