Actually mataas na yung markup sa coffee drinks. Need nalang to focus on reducing overhead where possible. Makita mo rin yung ganitong practice for shops na "tighter" yung mga seats and mas dense.

margin is very tight. you have to sell the cheaper to make items. also people cannot stay inside the shop long only buying 1 drink. they need to buy more

How do coffee shops make money?
Parang dami bagoong coffee shops have opened, esp in BGC and Makati where rent is expensive.
1 coffee only P150-p200 at most. With all their fancy equipment and expensive rent pa, how do they make money???

Client relationship. Kung araw araw ka ba namang maraming regular at consistent, talagang consistent din kita mo. Dagdag mo pa na malaki din patong sa items at mura lang naman talaga manufacturing cost ng kape
