Coffee is overpriced. A quality beans would cost 1k per kilo but a cup of coffee would only take 20g of coffee. So mga 50 cups yan per kilo, and ang kape avg 100-150 pesos for an americano, so 5k na agad for 1 kilo. Eh bulk sila umorder sa roasters so mas mura ang kuha nila and most of the time di quality beans ang inoofer nila.

How do coffee shops make money?
Parang dami bagoong coffee shops have opened, esp in BGC and Makati where rent is expensive.
1 coffee only P150-p200 at most. With all their fancy equipment and expensive rent pa, how do they make money???
