Damn, kahit healthiest food sa karinderya, parang di rin healthy eh. Though, I usually eat adobong sitaw saka chop suey every lunch kapag nasa workplace. Yes, araw-araw na gulay yan.
Side lang syempre, may karne akong binibili kasama nila XD

Try Zuchinni Noodles, basically cinucut ung Zuchinni na parang noodles, tapos pwede mo igisa with tofu, chicken or any protein you want, may mga nabibili din diyan na mga 'spiralizer' na ginagawang noodles mga veggies
