I do homeworkout kasi nagcacalisthenics ako. Most of the time
it doesnt require weights sa gym and light dumbbells lang. Depende nalang sa sitwasyon mo if masikip ba yung place na trinetrainan mo and so on

gym 100%. para sakin kapag alam ko ginastusan ko ang isang bagay (like gym) mas may tendency ako na sulitin gamitin yon. okay naman home workout kasi convenient kaso yung pagiging convenient nun is cons nya din kasi may mga time na pwede kang tamarin kasi pwede mo naman gawin kahit anong oras ka free or kelan ka gaganahan
