hmm dry and wet, go for something na di hassle sayo. Yung di ka pagpapawisan pero at the same time if umulan di ka lalamigin

I would suggest thrifted windbreakers pwede sa wet and dry yun. Then yung bottom pwede parachute pants or goretex pants.
