Roland TD-1DMK , I have owned one myself for a couple of months nung naka tira pa ako sa dati kong apartment. Solid sya as a budget E-Drum kit.

Invest in treating your room’s acoustics nalang. Minsan mas maganda pa magkaroon ng actual drum set kesa sa bumili ng electronic kit.

Invest sa mga accoustic sound proofic materials like acrylic, at acoustic foam. Yung egg-trays pwedeng-pwede yan. Bawas feedback yan kasi nireregulate nung shapes ng edges nung tray ang reverb.

Edrums and a thick carpet worked for me when i was in sorting out my house and had to live an apartment for 3 months.

I have a td17, and the kick drum tower does transfer energy to the floor. I havent tried the roland branded insulation, but yeah the carpet trick worked for me.

currently using a drumpads gift from mah sis
