I agree that change has to start from the management. I'll give Chot some credit for making slight adjustments to the offensive sets they ran during the recent windows, but he's not helping himself by consistently posturing as the main character. Certainly, here are better coaches out there (i.e. Cone, Baldwin, Vucinic), but the lack of consistency in the lineups will nullify some of the improvements in coaching. A large overhaul has to made (less politics, please).
