U can still get infected and become a carrier and infect others. There isn't any data that suggests vaccines give you complete and bulletproof immunity naman from infection. What it gives you though is a huge chance that should you get infected, mild lang ung mga simtomas mo and you won't need to be hospitalized

kahit vaccinated ka po e maaring mainfect ka parin kasi ung vaccine hindi niya priniprevent na mainfect ka. priniprevent niya lang ung severe symptoms

Pwede kang mahawa at maging carrier. Symptoms, pwede maranasan, pero kapag vaccinated at boosted ka most likely mild symptoms lang yan. Okay na yan, maski ma-ospital ka at magkaroon ng severe symptoms dahil wala kang protection.
