Not in Canada, pero in a similarly cold place sa US. Actually super naka tulong sakin long walks or light jog sa afternoon. Mga about 30-45 minutes ako sa labas, kahit -15C laban lang haha. Super helped my body adjust, yun lang paguwi ko ng pinas sobrang basang sisiw ako lalo na pag magcocommute ako at magjejeep or tricycle
