Dev here, master muna yung basic skills (HTML, CSS, JS, then SQL with any DB) then choose a framework
recruiters don't really care much about sa framework na gina-gamit on meticulous eye view, mentioning just the name it knows that you are capable (pero PLEASE BACKUP sa skills mo, lalabas yan sa interview/meetings in the long run)
nakadepende pa-rin sa goals mo:
fastest-to-learn: Bootstrap (or arguably Tailwind, yung Bootstrap kasi may stigma na medyo "bloated and outdated" yan sa industry, but yeah it doesn't have more stigmas unlike JQuery -- don't fret much about this)
fastest-to-have-local-job: Laravel (learn PHP first, ang dami postings sa Laravel)
modern pinoy job: ReactJS (or Angular, some companies, and AngularJS is not the same sa Angular, same with Java to JavaScript)
looking back when if I'm beginner rn, deleting my experience: go bleeding-edge: straight to Svelte (thankful yung mga beginners pa lang sa IT/CS/SE career)
if medyo idk/idc ka about this, just pick one, pero for me go straight sa Svelte hehe
