Fitness First or Golds Gym

Currently going to UFC Gym sa UP Town Center. Goods naman facility nila para sakin.

Try Anytime Fitness, mas mura na sila ngayon compared dati.

Pros: Can workout anytime, maraming branches
Cons: Yung ibang gym nila laspag gamit, so choose which branch you prefer to workout

I would say Anytime Fitness if it is near you. Anytime Fitness or AF is really nice since it open 24hrs (Pre-Pandemic not sure if its 24hrs right now) What I enjoyed in AF is their 24hrs gym. I would always go there at around 10pm or 11pm to get some exercise since it the most convenient time and not much crowded/not much people during that time so if you are a shy person like me and hate being watched on then you AF is for you

Yeah this is true, its very convenient plus you have the access to their many branches

Siguro for me is Slimmers world, ung lifetime membership nila. if makuha ka ng promo na sobrang laking discount. ang mganda kasi kay Anytime is 24/7, kung meron lang din silang lifetime membership . goods na goods un
