if you're on a budget go for sony e mount cameras mas mura mga 3rd party lens ng sony. I suggest a6300

you won't go wrong in Leica Cameras, if you have the budget. Pero if budget friendly, I would say go for Nikon, and just kalikot the filters. You're good to go.

XE4 + 27mm WR would be my bet for a stealth street setup.

Any older ILC Fuji and the 23mm F2

Should be budget enough for a beginner for will still be a viable side-arm for a person who makes a living shooting pictures.

(I dont use "pro" to describe a person anymore as it has somewhat lost its meaning, even trying-hard, low class wannabe's are being tagged as pros nowadays.. apologies for the side rant)

For super Budget, try Sony's NEX series. Preferably NEX-3 and up until NEX-7!
Paired with a decent 35mm prime lens can go a long way for just about 20,000php total!

from my experience the 3 digit Canon series is better for getting the grain effect, of course it has to be combined with a prime lens to get sharp results
