If may luma kang GPU na pwede i-reuse, eto unpopular opinion kasi contrary sa mainstream opinion:
CPU: Intel i3- 12100f [7-8k price] (kayang pataubin ang 3600 sa gaming performance)
Mobo: Any cheap H610 mobo [5-7k price] (pero dalawa lang RAM slots.)
RAM: 2x8gb
Pero kung wala kang GPU, at balak mong umasa sa integrated graphics, go with Ryzen, lalo na yung G-series (5700G, 5600G, etc.) Pero generally mas okay ang integrated graphics performance ng AMD kesa sa Intel.
Kung e-sports titles lang balak mong laruin hanggang sa mag-mura ulit ang GPU prices, dun ka na magtyaga sa Intel, kasi newer generation, and mas future-proof.
Pero kung di ka nagmamadali, hintayin mo lumabas yung Ryzen 6000 series, kasi may RDNA2 graphics. Solb na solb yun! (Xbox Series S/X at PS5, RDNA2 graphics ang gamit) Kaso kung tama naalala ko, expected release ng 6000 series desktop CPUs ay 2nd half pa ng 2022

how much are u willing to spend bro? if u want something simple then maybe a i5 10th gen cpu with an asus motherboard, 2nd hand gtx gpu card and some 8 gb ramaround 3000mhz . the i5 10th gen will allow u to have a cpu that will last u probably for a few more years and having a good asus moterboard will allow u to have an upgrade path later on

Depende sa budget yan Sir, pero kung entry level goods na ryzen 5 3000 or even 2000 series and up, backwards compatible naman halos mga lineup ng ryzen kaya mas makakatipid ka sa motherboard options compared sa intel. a320-m lang na motherboard pwede na yan. gtx1050ti or radeon counterparts like rx470 will do for decent na gpu. pero if preferred mo na integrated lang na gpu, go for an apu like 3200g ng ryzen, invest ka nalang non sa susunod for dedicated na gpu. 8/16 gb dual channel ram na 3200mhz pwede na. fyi, mas nagbbenefit kase sa higher frequencies ng ram kapag amd cpu mo na gamit. kaya need 3000mhz up and gamit mo for ram. for storage naman pwede ka mag 250gb nvme na ssd for os/integral apps. and if may hdd ka na pinaglumaan/2nd hand just use it for additional storage. Wag muna kayo magrecommend ng 6000 series as of now, dahil bagong system specifications and kailangan nyan, ddr5 ram, motherboard, etc. mapapamahal ka lang sa other parts ng build mo kahit pa sulit yung apu na makukuha mo.

Hirap talaga gumawa ng pc ngayon pandemic at yung pag rise ng cryptocurrency maraming gpu yung na hohorde, yung best option ngayon is just to buy apu ryzen processors na may built in graphics na at least makakasave ka sa gpu na ang mahal ngayon. Maganda naman yung built in gpu ng Ryzen which I really recommend.

Walang budget pc per se. Kung gusto mo magtipid dapat alamin mo muna ung use case mo. Karamihan ng builders dito nakakatipid by understanding kung ano lang ang minimum requirements nila. Ung mga magastos bibili ng high end cpu tapos ms word lang ginagamit.
Pwede ko sabihing sulit ung mga ryzen g cpus pero kung word lang gagamitin mo magceleron ka.
So para makatipid, alamin ung use case at alamin ang minimum requirements.
Pag alam mo nayan tsaka molang mamamaxmize ung budget mo.
