If you want something long lasting SBDs. For belts either sbd or inzer although they are geared towards powerlifting but they are really good!

sbd is a good brand but but better wrk on your form and execution.been there and i realized, i challenge myself to much and kaunting ego, and that produced stings sa wrist ko

If you have a pain on your wrist take a week off the gym dont push it.
