If you can swing for brand new, go for a mirrorless system. Kung magustuhan mo talaga ang photography or video, then you can just build up your lens line up with your chosen system.
I'd suggest Fujifilm or Sony. Sony if you want the best options when it comes to first or 3rd party lenses. Go for Fujifilm if youre into film sims.
I myself is deep in the Fuji ecosystem, and would highly recommend it.
If you want the best bang for you buck, DSLR's, especially second hand ones are getting relatively cheap. Saw a Canon 6d mk2 a few weeks back at my local camera store selling for >20k php converted. A lot of camera user are jumping to the Mirrorless wagon, and there ditching their DSLRs for very little money.
I still hold on to my Canon DSLR's just because i can get lenses for that mount for very little money in the 2nd hand market.
