if need ng dlsr, canon rebels are good. nikon d7200 is good and has some deals in 2nd hand market. however, consider also the lenses you want to be using. nikon has really good primes. canon has really nice telephoto stuff. sony has very long zooms if you see yourself doing sports or nature photography. fujifilm are mirrorless but have very good lenses that are smaller and lighter and amazing jpegs out of the camera. if you're still learning, you already have a great camera in your phone na pwede mo matutunan yung basics like composition, exposure and creativity.

Do you want a DSLR? Marami na magagandang mirrorless now at different price points. Like the sony a6XXX series na very reliable and maganda rin ang video quality.

I think in this era u should buy mirrorless instead bc DSLR will down price fast. A7II is not a bad choice
