I dont have any actual advice to get rid of the marks kuya, but honestly try your best to not let your insecurities get the better of you. No one notices your imperfections as much as you do.
No one cares about your marks as much as you do. It is all in your head (this is coming from someone who had BAD acne growing up)

Try and use cetaphil and Wash your face more than twice everyday, works for me.

You can try using serums that directly target your acne-marks whether that be red or black marks. Or you can use an exfoliating product.

Research products for acne-marks (TikTok is a good place to find products) and experiment, I wish you luck po!
