In my personal opinion, if you have Windows 10, you no longer need any. Windows Defender is the best.

If not Windows Defender, then I’d place my chips on ESET and MalwareBytes

kaspersky is russian so i chose it's counterpart bitdefender - it also has bundled VPN. I primarily chose it because of cleaning instead of deleting upon detection on some YT review it showed other AVs just delete stuffs which is a shame. BITdefender tried repair stuffs first, but I can only say for windows - it works on all platforms and I tried on android/MIUI, BlissX86... I have an old MACos but never installed it, feeling lazy maybe.
