Looking for candidates na makakapagrepresent ng maayos saming BPO workers

Kailangan ng mixed set up. Pero I think panalo lahat pag nawala 100% office. Real estate lang ang talo (usually top 1% ng mayayaman) kaya naiinfluence nila politics. Yung mababawas sa na oras ng traffic, rent, oil, pamasahe, etc ay madidivert sa ibang needs ng empleyado. Pero need ng office for other admin works like hr stuff (filing ng hard copies ng docs, litigation, maintenance ng fixed assets like servers, etc)

Willing naman karamihan ng mga kasamahan ko sa hybrid setup, laking tipid din para samin ang WFH kahit at least 2 days wfh tapos 3 days office

well sila nga naman yung top 2 candidates, hay sana panindigan nila to at di puro salita lang. sobrang draining na nga ng trabaho pahirapan pa ang commute
