5-Minute Miso Soup with Dulse (sea vegetable) Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cups boiling water
1 TBS miso
1/4 cup sliced dulse seaweed
2 TBS minced scallion
1 TBS grated ginger
Optional
2 TBS diced tofu
Directions:

Add miso, ginger, and dulse to 1 cup of boiling water.
