144 is enough for me. Going 240 isn't worth it but if you have the money why not?. 144hz is so smooth af. If you're in to esports then go for 240 but if you want to play just for fun i with 144.- xShindu27

Just like your OS. If you're using ssd as you primary boot. It will boot fast af. Same in you games, but still depends what specs you have like cpu, gpu ram etc. because if the game youre running is a heavy game that your current proc and gpu is not recommende.
