I've been using a regular membrane keyboard for years, but I keep hearing about how much better mechanical keyboards are for gaming and typing. Is it really worth the upgrade? What are the advantages, and do you have any recommendations for budget-friendly options?

Not really.

Already used mechanical keyboard and i can say its just good for the ears but when your parents heard it and disturbed them while relaxing.

Haha, true! The sound can be a vibe, but yeah, not everyone appreciates it. I guess it really depends on your setup at home.
