Sony's ZV and Alpha series does the job for entry level photography.

But if you want the compactness of a DigiCam, Mirrorless tech AND SUPER BUDGET, try NEX series first (would personally recommend NEX-C3), then you can step up to Alpha series!

Mirrorless less bulky siya pero mas mahal from what I know.

Actually browsing the other ng DSLR. How much does the Sony usually cost? Do you have any recommendation for 30k budget more on photog pero sana able to take pictures din.

best tip is to just START TAKING PICS!! START TAKING VIDEOS!!! kahit ano pa man yung quality.

Personally, kung anong meron ka. Pwede ka na mag start using a smartphone eh kung gusto mo lang mag-aral ng fundamentals.
