Mayroon akong kulot na buhok that I just can't manage to handle properly. Hindi ko alam anong type ng pagkakulot ko pero my main issues are that ung roots ng hair ko tend to be flat, like FLAT FLAT.
While ung ends ng hair ko is very kulot, my roots are the complete opposite.

Any tips for me?
