My first ever 5 star is Diluc. I got him on Noelle's banner 10 pulls. He was my first main cuz he is so lit.

Weapon: Prototype
Craftable siya and may free na billet kaya ayun ginamit ko

Artifacts: In early game, I used berserker but in late game I used Gladiator Set.

Strongest build w him now is 4pc husk w cinnabar spindle, E can hit for 30k without geo resonance
