Heard that some provinces have cases of farmers burning huge agricultural equiments (as huge as a combine harvester). Heard that it's all about the farmers' fears that technology might take-over their positions as workers.

Question: with these cases, how can we modernize the state of Philippine Agriculture?
The government must support our agricultural engineers for providing them budget for the inventions of new mechanical technologies for our local farmers
So that our production will expand

This one is hard. Kasama takaga sa pag unlad ang pag babawas ng tauhan.. Sad reality, but it convenient for a lot of people. Cant argue with the farmers since its their livelihood that will be affected.

I remember before when my professor told me na we can't prevent technology to overtake human workloads kasi yun na talaga yung future and we have to deal with it. Or else, we'll be left behind (somehow what we experiences today). There will come a time na feeling ko people are just commanding technologies but repetitive works will be down purely by machineries. Sad for some, but that's how the world works. I hope the government can help them in some ways..

it's inevitable pero it doesn't mean or need na technology will take over the jobs of farmers. more jobs will be produced too
