Heard that some provinces have cases of farmers burning huge agricultural equiments (as huge as a combine harvester). Heard that it's all about the farmers' fears that technology might take-over their positions as workers.

Question: with these cases, how can we modernize the state of Philippine Agriculture?
this is the reason bakit hnd nag ggrow ang agriculture sa atin, because gamit padn natin ay outdated practice to till our land

wala nman masama na gumamit ng heavy equipments, big companies do it. i guess lack of knowledge ang problema. basically machines cant replace us. except if machines become self concious.

This is a very delicate topic and question at that.
I think the very first step is for the government to actually commit on modernizing the Ph agri. Very subjective because we don't actually know what's happening behind the scenes, what I mean by that is for example, the news says this and that "we bought a lot of new agricultural equipments for the farmer" but in reality, it's all for show, no real life or real world impact to both the farmers and the filipino people. If they were to commit and take it seriously, first step is to actually educate the farmers, both seasoned veteran in the field and aspiring (newbies to the field) and then we can talk about actually modernizing the agriculture.
I could be wrong and it all boils down to our politicians since they hold the power to change our country, for better or worse. (hopefully for better).

whoever thought its a good idea to shift the blame to the farmers is plain stupid.

This is plain stupidity and makalumang pagiisip na bulok. Again, kakulangan na naman sa edukasyon at ang pagiging mangmang ang nagsasadlak sa kanila hindi ang teknolohiya.
