I really need main dps that scales on hp? who is better in this two. Im trying to pull next

HuTao C1 with Homa. I have both, so I think having them on the same team would make monster vaporise team. But Xingqiu is a good replacement if you don't have Yelan.

Hutao all the way as her E is really nice at nuking enemies lalo na if you do the E charged attack animation cancel you can increase your FPS by a lot. And yun Q niya is a very nice way to heal her if a lot of enemies

If need mo main dps Hu Tao is very good even with just xingque but if oks ka na sa mga dps mo napakalaking tulong ni yelan sa bloom related or vape related teams
