It wasn't until years later that I tried it again, and realized that tofu is an amazing ingredient that just needs some love and care.
There are many different types of tofu - in this class I am going to focus on 4 types that are more common and are usually available in most grocery stores - extra firm, firm, medium firm, and soft tofu.
This class includes 10 dishes - appetizers, mains, condiments, sides, and dessert too - each dish has its own step by step video, written recipe, ingredient and equipment list!
