It comes from a few generations back atleast samin ng mga kasama ko.
Kaya na uso ung look dahil sa hiphop pero majority ng friends ko kagaya ko kaya nag sag lalo na nung highschool, is pinaglumaan ng mga kamag anak ung pants or shorts na suot namin.
