I've been hearing a lot about functional programming lately and how it can change the way we think about coding. Some say it makes for more predictable and easier-to-test code, while others find it a bit hard to wrap their heads around. Have any of you made the switch or experimented with it? What are your thoughts or experiences? Is it worth diving into for someone who's mainly been focused on OOP?
