I've been in 2 different companies. Magkaiba ng industry, though both may connection sa field ko. First is, sobrang duga nung owner. Todo tipid sa budget. Imagine, pera ng taong bayan yun, utilized para mapaganda yung lugar, or madevelop, then ibubulsa lang yung sobra. Second is, sobrang barat. Wala akong choice nun, nilowball nila ko, kaya pinatos ko na. Bread winner ako, and wala naman nagturo sakin dumiskarte. So tinanggap ko. And after a year, sinabihan ako na for salary increase ako. Fast forward, lumipat na ko ng company, kasi di nila binagay.
