i mean its a fun way to abstain but idk din if NoFap is actually effective. again, things we like to do should be done in moderation. too much or too little of something, we end up suffering in a way

Base sa aking pag s search, NNN was actually a joke before which started to BOOOM and nagpapatuloy na hanggang ngayon. But anyways what i can say abt it is its a good way to try and discipline your impulses
