A lot say its nothing supernatural, that its merely psychological, like a brain lag. But it doesnt hurt to believe its an experience that you experienced before.

My theory is it’s your brain repeating the same instance twice in the same setting making you feel like you’ve done that or been there before

I usually think deja vus are just false memories that we coincidentally stumble upon, or our future selves trying to tells us what might happen
