Mahirap ito pero pwede sana ito sa income generating ng government. Problem kasi dapat approved seller lang hindi lahat pwedeng maka bili. Hindi pa completely legal sa US pero laki na ng kita ng government

For recreational use baka hindi.
For medical use talagang dapat legalize na dahil proven ang benefits

In today's time where fake news, misinformation, and stigma circle around the globe in light speed specially with the availability of the internet and social media platforms used as a floor to practice "freedom of speech" (but most of the time plain stupid BS), I don't think the legalization of Marijuana in the Philippines will ever be achieved or put into place. However, for medical purposes, I believe it can fight against the odds in due time but the legalization for procreative reasons? I suppose not.
