Their strength is the affordability ng midrange phones nila. Like SD860 witch is entry level phone na. Just be careful using though.

what do you think the weakness or bad side of xiaomi compared to other brands?

In my opinion, as long as you didn't bother the soft ads in MIUI, it hasn't any weakness (in the same price with another brand). But some device has "gacha product" in the hardware, like Poco X3 Pro. My friend who is a hardcore gamer pushed hard the device and getting softbrick very often
