ok that entirely depends kung ano balak mo to get a vpn.
personally i dont use vpn for downloads in torrent sites.
but i do use them kapag may babayaran online. though by default yung gamit ko na AVG antivirus already screens mga sites na inaaccess ko before it is displayed sa monitor. VPN talaga for me is just purely for transactions like online banking, etc.
