Title. Saw a post on r/LawPH. To quote:
"A vlogger made a “paid advertisement” video. Let’s just say she is promoting a soap product but accidentally showed herself in the video naked and mistakenly posted it on her socmed without editing that part out. She then managed to delete it immediately but people are quick to download it and now the video is circulating thru messaging apps. She obtained the names of people/admins of group chats where the video is being shared and she is planning on filing a case against them. What is her edge on this?"
